The ANGLEVENT angle valve is used quite plant specific. For the most diverse applications, the bodies are made of a wide variety of cast and forged materials and the interior parts are adapted to the specific operating situation. This modular design principle promises accurate process control that, together with the proven ARCA clamping seat, characterizes each of our angle valves. Depending on the process, medium can flow through the control valve in or against the closing direction of the plug. Our angle valves based on forged housings are also available for nominal sizes ≤ DN65 with welding ends. The medium flows into the angle valve laterally or from below, leaving the control valve in a reduced state after only one flow redirection. Our angle valves have also proven themselves in difficult operating conditions and acoustically relevant applications.

Angle valve in low pressure
As a basic version, the ANGLEVENT modular system offers a cast version. The basic applications are fulfilled in this cast housing series. A single-stage parabolic plug is used as the control plug in the basic version. In addition to the standard bonnet, various versions are available for the valve actuator, such as cooling fins, bellows, etc. The packing is also selected accordingly. Further options such as a heating jacket are possible thanks to the modular design.

Angle valves in high pressure
In addition to the ANGLEVENT low-pressure modular system, ARCA offers angle valves up to PN 250. Several cast models are available here for different materials. These can cover a temperature range up to 600 °C. As a basis, welded ends are cast so that the housings can be individually adapted to the application specifications. Bonnet seals include all common versions up the self-sealing bonnet (Brettschneider system).

Angle valves for special applications
For applications that cannot be covered with cast models, ARCA has modelled several forged housings. This allows us to meet every requirement for specified materials, pressures and temperatures. With this forged design, we go beyond PN 250 and the temperature range up to 650 °C. As always with the proven trim and our various bonnet designs.
